Write Your Life's Dictionary

A dictionary is a book that defines the meaning of words. Words forms part of our daily communication with one another. Words are part of our existences. Words play a vital role in our lives, either positively or negatively.

What you say has the power to create what you desire. It is written that "the power of life and death lies in the tongue". True words!! If you keep saying you're sick when actually you are not, eventually you will become sick.
The words you speak controls your environment, the words you speak attract blessings to your life, your words are you dictionary.

Let me ask you: What are the words in your dictionary?
Your dictionary (words) determines your hope, how you react to situation and how you handle you life affairs; because your words actually create the thoughts you have. And your thoughts leads to your actions.

In the middle of this year, a renowned banker committed suicide. He was a branch manager of a popular bank that was well capitalized. He left a suicide note for his wife that reads: "Do not link my death with anybody, I caused it. I'm very sorry I have to die this way".
According to the post mortem medical report, he took many concoction to increase his resolve for the suicide. It was a well planned suicide. His aged mother is still alive today and some of his children are already university graduates! He was described as a very experienced banker, a dedicated and hardworking member of staff who had no problem at work, yet he committed suicide!

What on earth could cause a man of such repute to commit suicide? Because he has failed to remove the word "GIVE UP" and "QUIT" out of his life's dictionary.

I want you to understand one thing: it is in time of trouble that we find our life's purpose and God can allow the eye to shed a tear to find it's focus. And that is one reason why you must NEVER give up nor quit! There is no problem that doesn't have a solution. Every allowed pain is for an allowed purpose!

Speak positive, think positive. Remove the words "impossible" "hopeless", "quit", "give up", "failure" and the likes out of your dictionary. You are created to win, and if you believe, stay focus and patiently wait, you will surely get where you want to be.

Fear is Fake!!!

Fear is a state of confusion. It a state of hopelessness. Fear cripples, fear destroys.  It rendered a strongman weak. It rendered potent man impotent. It makes a rich man poor. Fear kills! There was a Youngman, he loves cooking so much, so he decided and picked a job with a restaurant in his city.   It was a big restaurant that offers late services. His job was to cook soup on a daily basis from 8am to 5pm. He loves meat so much. Whenever he was preparing soup for the restaurant, he will steal pieces of meat from the soup. He did this on daily basis.   One day, he went to work very early and found chickens in the restaurant store. He cannot remember when last he had eaten chicken and chicken happens to be his best meat. He look around to see if anybody was around. There was nobody in sight. He look to the left, right and back, there was no body watching him. He caught one of the chicken, twist its neck, hide it under his clothes and...

The Best is Yet to Come

There are bad news everyday, either tsunami, earthquake, bombing, floods, war, crackdown etc. Is the world coming to an end. Though it is happening everyday, your ideal can change the cause of things. Think of the way forward, not the cause, because the best is yet to come in our present world.

Start Today

There was a little boy whose father asked him one day: “What would you like to be when you grow up?” and he replied, “I’d like to be the best footballer.” The next day, as early as 5am, his dad came to his room and woke him up. When he checked the time, he was surprised that his father would wake him up so early. He said, “Daddy it is just 5am, I still have to sleep.” But his father said, “No, my boy. Last night you said you wanted to be the best footballer. If that is going to happen, then you have got to learn to wake up early, jog and train every day. If you do this until you are eighteen years old, you will be the best.” Reluctantly, the boy got up from bed and went to jog with his daddy. The interesting part of the story is that the boy ended up being the best. What does this tell us? It is not enough to make a decision for success; you have got to wake up early and start heading towards your goal. You can’t still be in bed at 8am in the morning and expect to be the best; it does ...
