WOMEN AS THE ENGINEERS OF WEALTH

Who is a woman? Is she just another creation of God? What has been their contributions to the development of society? How did women look at themselves? So many questions to so many answers.
A woman is a special breed of human creation. She is the multiplier of generation, an architect of development. A woman is many things to different people. It will take volumes of books to describe who a woman is and what she does.
It all depends on who is involved, where she or he comes from, ideologies, religious and cultural values. The way Americans look at women is different from the Indians or Africans. So does Christianity, Islam or Hindis.
Men are considered to be architects of wealth until recently the society is waking up to the realization that the real engineers of wealth are women. Women replicates, women multiplies, women germinates.
This realization made women to take up the challenge of developing products and brands that are geared towards empowering them to achieve more. I recently stumble upon WOMAN’S WEALTH SYSTEM, developed by women, for women. It is really an impressive wealth system of a decade.
Women don’t care about Ferrari’s and fancy parties…They want a better life for themselves and their families, not to “one-up” the next guy. We all know that women represent a different kind of buyer; this is the first time ever that they are being addressed directly by a woman that know exactly what to say and do to make them feel comfortable and want to jump out of their seats to become part of the Woman’s Wealth System.
Women want to feel the support of togetherness that has before now been missing in the niche, well those days are over! When I stumble upon the WOMAN’S WEALTH SYSTEM, the marketing was specifically to women, but a lot of these emails were seen by us men who are dying to share the opportunity with our wives and girlfriends.
The online world has presented different ideals, challenges and opportunities to women, they are not taking chances as most click bank and other online niches are dominated by women. Whether your list is full of IM leads, Fat Loss Leads, Biz-opp Leads, Self Help Leads, or any other niche out there…you’ll be doing them a service by being the first person to ever introduce them to a way to change their financial lives forever in the only comfortable place online for women by women! Because since they have realized that they are the engineers of wealth, they are out to harness every niche that present itself.

INTERNAL PROMOTION AND SUCCESSION PLANNING

Promotion comes as a result of ones performance on the job over a period of time, or it could be said to be an advancement in ones profession. Succession on the other hand is a shift in position as a result of promotion, transfer, retirement or death of others. It could be as well a change in policy of an organisation leading to reorganisation of operations and human resources. Getting succession right is vital. There are two approaches that can be used at different times to ensure success. The internal selection approach advocates choosing successors from within, to ensure a smooth transition, preserve company values, and encourage employees by showing a potential career path. Most organisations struggle with how to turn succession into success. It is necessary to use either internal selection or the Darwinian approach at different levels or at different times. For example, a high percentage (80%) of senior roles may be internally appointed, while junior roles are sel...

Performance Measurement and Reward System

As the global war for talent grows increasingly fierce, management of people is a key concern among organisations.  Once thought primarily in terms of cost, people in successful companies are being valued as rich sources of talent, skill and diversity, which are critical to the success of the organisation. Managers have identified the shortage of skills as one of the main threat to prospect of growth; they are devoting a greater share of resources to protecting themselves.  For this reason, the role of human resource in an organisation has been and continues to be scrutinized in terms of how it can add most value with the rest of the organisation, helping to overcome the challenges adherent in the people agenda. In defining performance measurement, Dessler states that it “means evaluating an employee’s current or past performance relative to the person’s performance standards”.  This entails evaluation or assessment of the actual p...

Reasons for most Business Failures

There has been rampant cases of business failures both in the past and at present.  One wondered what is behind this.  Some even make assertions that the business world has collapsed, some says businessmen has joined the political wagon that they have failed to differentiate between business capital and profit. All these assertions have no basis.  You may ask what then has been behind most business failures?  The answer to this question is simple “poor customer relations”. One of the single greatest key to long-term business success can be summed up in three simple words: Quality customer service. Yet as customers, you and I are aware that quality customer service is far too rare these days in spite that many business organisations have invested heavily in this unit but few actually make any headway.  Why is excellent service so rare? There are three reasons for this.             Employees don’t know t...
